Research Area Summary
My primary research interests include how stakeholders (i.e., investors, employees, and customers) make decisions, both static and dynamic, about entrepreneurs, and how this influences entrepreneurs’ ability to gain financial and non-financial resources. I am also interested in the antecedents and implications of firm and investment failure, interpersonal relationships, and the influence and implications of diversity and inclusion for new ventures.
